ORGANIC PRODUCTS
Here in Tuscia we are fortunate to have the excellence of organic farming and ranching in Italy. The production techniques used by our suppliers are of most importance to us. In fact, we put a great deal of effort into having a direct relationship with the farms that supply us so that we have the opportunity to see for ourselves their methods and facilities. In addition, by working only with local products we support the community of Farnese and the growth of the region.
HOMEMADE.
One of the great joys of owning a Bed and Breakfast is having the opportunity to introduce people to the ingredients and recipes we love. Our menus are selected according to the season, this is because we use only the products available from the harvests from local farms. As if that were not enough, every day we knead and bake the bread, cakes and cookies we offer you for breakfast. Try them with our homemade jams!

The Palace was brought back to life between 2010 and 2011 after a total renovation. Today it is a boutique B&B nestled in an atmosphere linked to the past but with all the right comforts and design to make your stay unforgettable.
